We offer a simple, transparent flat rate shipping across Pakistan. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

Fixed Flat Rate: We charge Rs. 250 flat shipping on all orders regardless of order size or quantity. Order more and save more!
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, here’s what happens next:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day (Monday–Saturday)
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
- Processing time: 1–2 business days before shipment
Please Note: During sales, Eid, and festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience!

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery is available 7 days a week through our courier partners
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Lahore orders may arrive sooner — within 1–3 working days
- Remote and far-flung areas may take up to 7 working days
- Our courier partner will contact you before delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel
Delivery Delays: Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays. Vortex Online Shop is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Stay updated on your order status at all times:
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped
- You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using this number

Payment & Cash on Delivery
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when you receive your order
- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery
- Online payment options are also available at checkout
- Shipping charges (Rs. 250) are collected along with the order total on delivery

Important Shipping Notes
- Please provide your complete and correct address at checkout to avoid delivery delays
- Vortex Online Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to wrong addresses provided by the customer
- If your order is returned due to wrong address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges will apply
- In case of damaged packaging upon delivery, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours
- We are not responsible for loss or damage once the order is handed over to the courier
