🗒️ What Can Be Returned?
✅ Eligible for Return
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered (not what you ordered)
- Item has manufacturing defect in fabric
- Color significantly different from product shown
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging intact
- Return requested within 15 days of delivery
✗ Not Eligible for Return
- Item has been stitched, washed, or altered
- Original tags or packaging removed
- Item shows signs of use, stains, or damage
- Return requested after 15 days of delivery
- Change of mind after stitching
- Minor color variation due to screen settings
- Fabric texture difference from screen display
Important: Actual product colour may vary slightly from the image due to screen display differences. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for return.
💰 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Received & Inspected
We inspect the returned item within 1–2 business days of receiving it.
Refund Approval
You will be notified via email whether your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
Refund Received
Depending on your bank, the amount may take 2–5 additional days to reflect in your account.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (Rs. 250) are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product, follow the same return process and mention “Exchange” in your email.
- ✓ Exchange is subject to product availability
- ✓ If the new item costs more, you pay the difference
- ✓ If the new item costs less, the difference is refunded
- ✓ Shipping charges apply on the exchanged item delivery
